Vice President, Product Manager
As Vice President, Susan oversees business strategy, development and implementation for LINQ. Susan is responsible for the design principles and road map that our customers rely upon. She drives customer satisfaction through User Experience, Development, and Customer Service.
Prior to LINQ, Jeff spent 15 years as senior programmer for a manufacturing and software company. After working as the development team’s first level of contact for consulting and troubleshooting payroll processing, he has channeled his expertise to become Development Manager. Jeff oversees the design and development process for the LINQ product line.
Lori has 6 years’ experience coordinating external evaluations for K-12 grants as the project & human resource manager for an educational evaluation firm, after earning her Master of Public Administration from UNCW. Outside of her duties on support, she is fast becoming our lead trainer for new Charter Schools and LEAs converting to our Windows-based software.
Clint brings nine years’ experience with Pierce Group Benefits; his knowledge of payroll functions and employee benefits is valuable to North Carolina LEAs. His industry knowledge and experience will continue to enhance our commitment to providing the best support to customers.
As a seasoned LINQ Support Team Member, experience as a trainer, program developer and customer support, he has garnered the respect as a mentor for team members and is a wealth of knowledge for clients. Tim is one of the team’s 'go-to' experts when troubleshooting the AS/400.
Tammy joins LINQ with a strong background of training, payroll reporting and valuable experience working with NC LEAs. Tammy spent 7 years with the NC Dept.of State Treasurer in the Retirement Payroll Services Division as an ORBIT Reporting Counselor. Tammy’s proven record of implementing, training & supporting the ORBIT system, along with her welcoming, kind personality make her an asset to LINQ and our customers.
Brandi joined LINQ with 11 years of customer service and employee training experience. Her practice and knowledge working with financial software systems adds value to her role on our team. Brandi provides daily software support to LINQ users. Her personable style puts everyone she speaks with at ease. Brandi is a graduate of UNCW where she received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education.
Brian joined LINQ after spending several years in the IT industry specializing in customer support. He brings a wealth of experience and motivation to the LINQ team. Brian is responsible for ensuring that LINQ clients receive exceptional service and his approach places our client’s needs right at the center.
Stephen comes to us with 7 years of finance experience in k-12 education and private business. Having worked in the offices LINQ supports, Stephen was an ideal addition to our experienced team. As a former payroll specialist he truly understands what it takes to maintain, prepare and process LEA payrolls. Stephen’s experience and knowledge make delivering a high level of customer service easy.
Lyndsey specializes in determining the needs of our clients and state requirements, and in turn designing, documenting and testing new products and features, as well as improving existing features. She also focuses on special projects including the implementation, training and support of the Budget Builder module.
Business Subject Matter Expert
Christi is one of our most seasoned LINQ employees with thirteen years’ experience in K-12 financial software. Most of Christi’s experience is doing what she loves today, analyzing the pains and challenges of our customers and end-users. Christi is responsible for understanding what our clients need and applying effective, favorable solutions using the LINQ platform.
As an IT Project Manager for a large manufacturing company for 25 years, Mike oversaw the planning, scheduling and execution of all stages of enterprise software, hardware and system implementations. He now uses his expertise to develop and maintain LINQ.
Ted spent three years supporting our child nutrition product Meals Plus before his promotion to LINQ Software Developer. Using his experience in customer support, he can truly empathize with our customers’ needs and wants, ensuring our software exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Prior to joining the LINQ development team, Keith worked more than 20 years developing and testing commercial software products. His experience with database management, client side development, and education software products has helped to sustain the successful delivery of our LINQ products. Keith graduated from UNCW with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Kevin’s skill set, which includes customer service, web development and records management for a global research organization make him an extraordinary addition to the LINQ Support Team. Kevin spent time working with records management, maintaining and updating electronic databases, before joining LINQ. Dedicated to providing solutions, you can count on Kevin to get the job done.
Gordon joined the LINQ team from our Meals Plus support team. His ten years of technical support and customer service experience are invaluable in testing our products. His background in training and implementation provide insight to how our solutions can benefit our customers. As our Development Team’s newest member, Gordon is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality software products.
Director of Marketing & Sales
Margaret's focus is on brand awareness, marketing strategies and growing LINQ's already large client base. She brings a degree in Public Relations from North Carolina State University to her role. Margaret has a well-rounded background including both marketing and sales experience.
